I love Rock Martin! I live in LA but I wait until I come down to Laguna to visit my family to have any of my jewelry repaired because they do such an amazing job at Rock Martin!! I've had them repair jewelry multiple times and they've always done an incredible job, quickly, and for a great price. A couple of times I've needed something done in a rush and they have been so helpful. I won't go anywhere else! They also have such gorgeous pieces in store. A laguna legend!

Rock Martin is our go-to jeweler. Everyone who works there is so helpful and knowledgeable. They are very trustworthy and I always feel so good after I go in! I also highly recommend for ring sizing, they really know their stuff when it comes to what size you need. Their ring cleaning is also amazing!

Rock Martin will never push to make a sale. Quite the opposite. They’re honest and ethical. If they feel that you’d be best served elsewhere, they will recommend a different option for you. I trust them implicitly! They are second to none.

I have a lovely sentimental diamond that I finally decided to get redesigned and be able to wear. I went to three jewelers--two on Forest Avenue and one in Newport. I decided to go with Michael at ROCK MARTIN Jewelers. I just felt more comfortable with him--and also felt that he really wanted to work with me to create a beautiful new ring. He was very creative and took his time helping me with the design. Michael was far more helpful than either of the other two jewelers. He has a wonderful reputation and I can totally understand why. He also worked within my time period as I wanted it to be made up quickly. I absolutely love my new ring! It is truly beautiful. I haven't felt like I had a jeweler that I felt totally comfortable with for years. I'm so happy to say that I have now found one in Michael at Rock Martin in Laguna Beach.

My husband and I are in our 70s and we absolutely love outstanding customer service and being spoiled as we are with Michael the owner. They're not only fabulous with beautiful designer retail pieces but Mike the other designer and repair man has a Keen Eye with Precision detailing . The selection is outstanding and the craftsmanship is the best bar none. The attention to every detail and wanting their customers to be happy is very obvious. No customer goes away anything less than thrilled with their purchase and feeling very pampered. We always have such a wonderful time because it's a warm and friendly place to patronize.

Husband and I were on a mission to find a perfect wedding ring after 23 years of marriage. My original set was plain worn out. We looked too much and I was actually tired of looking! Diamond quality was what we both wanted. We ended up driving to Laguna Beach one fall day in 2000 just to get away. NO intention of looking for rings. And then we walked by Rock Martin Jewelry. The absolute perfect ring was in the window! Rock himself was working and with some changes, he decided to make an entirely new ring. His daughter Heather brought Marquis diamonds in for us to look at. Please note: I did NOT want a marquise and I did NOT want princess cut diamonds! I ended up the most gorgeous ring on the planet with a huge 1.23 carat marquis and 18 princess cut diamonds. Perfect table on the big diamond and only 1 tiny inclusion that is hidden by the prongs. The store is now run by Michael McFadden who is married to Heather Martin. We go in every year for Michael and "Fred" to check out the prongs and make sure it's polished perfectly. We consider them friends and look forward to seeing them every year. Our customer service might have started with Rock and Heather, but Michael takes care of us now and we couldn't be happier!
